Cinefaces proudly contributed to Hotel Experience Vol.2, a major hospitality event that transformed the Technopolis City of Athens into an evocative hotel-like environment for an entire weekend.

In collaboration with The Design Ambassador, Archisearch, and Aris Marinakis Architectural Editions, our team handled the complete visual design and technical management, ensuring seamless operation of cameras, live image, and multimedia content throughout the conference and side events.

The scenographic direction by Eva Manidaki and Thanassis Demiris (Flux-Office) created a cinematic landscape inspired by iconic films such as Death in Venice, where talks and performances unfolded within an environment shaped by architecture, art, and storytelling.

With 8,000 attendees, 120 speakers (30% of whom came from abroad), and 70 leading material and design companies, the Hotel Experience established itself as a space for dialogue between investors, hoteliers, architects, designers, and creators redefining modern hospitality.

Through its technical direction and visual execution, Cinefaces ensured that every moment reflected the essence of the event — where aesthetics, innovation, and culture converge to express the new identity of Greek hospitality.
